This and that and first decrease
Today was from Schilling in the house for us to pass the switch. A little challenge for the electricians, as we opted for the Axcent of Busch-Jaeger and different in the rooms Colors are selected.
It looked really good - unfortunately, not yet assembled, since the painters begin in about 3 weeks with the finished painting.
am with the company of Schilling, I very happy - super power (today was also made the measurement protocol) and very good advice site. Consistently to all employees - high praise from me (hopefully, after moving, if I have the speakers connected ;-)) There is now only the final installation of HomeWay system.
Tomorrow it goes on with the tilers of FH. The likely remain until Thursday. My installer is then from 6 finish July the bathroom.
By the end of the week then the last wall outside dressed as perceived by 6 weeks of Ritto bell push has finally arrived.

Today there was a problem: Our bathroom installations
is not supplied by FH - the tiles already. It must happen, of course, that which is unavoidable during construction.
The installer has ordered all the parts, FH busy with those tiles.
Our construction manager has been solved well - FH comes a little later on the site and our bathroom is still easily done.
The electrical installation is not yet entirely complete - it still lacks a connecting cable - then the door bell attached.
The transfer of the heat pump is also still - this will take at least felt a 1 / 2 day. To optimize the settings is at then. Right now my power consumption is too high (about 1.5 € / day).
Next steps: let make allowance for the kitchen and order the food.

In the meantime, has done a lot on the site:
The floor has been laid; introduced the screed. Meanwhile, the floor is also due to the heating (2200 kWh (!)) Dried - is residual moisture at 0.2%. The tile back on in the week after next, so that we are on schedule as well. The interior plaster is so far - the subject is a tiresome as I various Blogs could see. We have now a good result - Smoothing on Q3 - super finish. A wallpaper would not like us here, so that only this option left (we were advised by the popular painter fleece - wg of plastic in the house.). Unfortunately, FH offer us not, because we are not about the price (charge - my word of the year, followed by encouragement variants) could agree.
Next week can follow the bathtub and shower trays - so slow it is really our home.
Geothermal energy is also now connected with the solar system, we produced the first kWh. In the calculation, however, are also back € 2,500 Uncalculated costs incorporated (Delivery shaft for the two holes). These costs are unfortunately not mentioned in the calculation or in the sampling. There should be but experience from the various construction projects.
If I succeed, I will now devote myself to the garden map of FH. Let's see what I get for proposals (Snowy is provided by the family as a gardener!). We have a rectangular plot of land - not just for planning.
